Winter Turbo Sessions start again for the New Year this Wednesday Jan 6th
Winter Turbo Sessions for cyclists looking to make fitness improvements and make those hard hours on the turbo pass a little easier. Sessions are aimed at cyclists who maybe;
- Increase your fitness for road racing,Mountain Bike or Cyclo-cross
- Looking to improve your Sportive time
- Aiming to improve your Time Trial PB
- Or none of the above but just keeping fit
Sessions will take place at Walbottle Campus ,Throckley, Newcastle Upon Tyne and are run by Edward Beechinor-Collins an ex- Professional level rider ( Mountain Bike ) with over 30 years of competitive cycling experience across multiple cycling disciplines and several British Cycling Coaching Qualifications up to Level 3.
Velocoach NE is a professional cycle coaching service set up by Ed Beechinor-Collins. As a former professional rider himself Ed and his team offers a complete coaching service tailored to each riders requirements. We are happy to help riders from beginner level through to Elite riders.
The aim of Velocoach NE is to help by providing you with a personalised program, whilst helping you understand the effect that training has, providing technical and tactical advice to help further your understanding of how to make improvements with your cycling.
Velocoach NE has been set up to cater for a wider variety of cycling disciplines and has active clients in a broad range of disciplines from Triathlon( Cycling part) ,Cyclo-cross, Mountain Bike and all forms of road riding be it just fitness,Sportive , Time Trials and Road Racing.
